One powerful and simple tool that you can use in the Law of Attraction is the power of acknowledgement. Acknowledging another person is a powerful booster of energy that helps to switch on the other person´s vibration (feel good factor) as well as your own.

If you have a partner, how many times in a week have you acknowledged him or her and reminded them of the gifts and qualities they have?

When we are in a relationship we can take another for granted over time and run short of acknowledging them for being that unique person. This also includes acknowledging yourself – how many times have you silently said to yourself “thank you for being you”. Even better – looking into the mirror and saying ” I am so thankful to be me and I celebrate this moment of acknowledgement”.

This may sound a bit self centred. It could be if you are doing this all day and admiring how good you look for vanity reasons. I am referring to the healthy acknowledgement of your essence, your uniqueness. I can bet you don´t acknowledge yourself like this very often.

When you acknowledge yourself you will find it easier to acknowledge others. You can´t give what you do not have.

Using this simple tool goes a long way to building self esteem and self respect. It builds important bridges when in a relationship. It helps to see the good in another rather than dwelling on a person´s “bad” points.

There is a Hawaii saying that goes something like this: “bless that which you wish to become”. Acknowledgement exercises is a form of a blessing and you contribute to the raising of the vibration of a situation.

Law of Attraction and self image July 14, 2008

Having a healthy and positive self image is one of the corner stones for high self esteem and success and using the principles of the Law of Attraction will help to boost self image based on the thoughts and feeling you deliberately choose.

In his classic book Psycho Cybnernetics written nearly 50 years ago – Maxwell Maltz was a plastic surgeon and he noticed that his clients would feel good for a short while soon after having a facelift or an improvement made to the body, however, soon after a body improvement, many clients would experience feelings of not being good enough or attractive enough which lead Maltz to the conclusion that a healthy self image was the basis of success, well being and happiness.

Maltz decided to offer techniques to his clients to help change the way they viewed themselves which resulted in clients experiencing a greater sense of self worth and confidence.

The Law of Attraction states that whatever I give my attention, energy and focus to I get. If I am focusing on not feeling good enough or attractive enough then I get more of the same thoughts and feelings and the Law obdediently follows what I am putting out there from the thoughts I am generating.

If you are looking to enhance your self image, you can start with a simple question:

If I can imagine accomplishing all my desires, what kind of person am I becoming ?

This question accesses your subconscious mind in ways that will draw out only the positive aspects of how you see yourself. The idea is to focus often on the person you are becomming rather what you are getting or having.

Being is the basis of all success and happiness. The doing and having are aspects that stem from who you are. The Law of Attraction follows your thoughts and energy and delivers to you exactly what you think, see and feel – particularly of your own self view. This Law of Attraction and self image practice is powerful if applied daily for a couple of months. Your enhanced self image will pull to you new opportunities, people and experiences that would otherwise pass you by.

Simply put: Imagine yourself the way you want to be ,feel and act and connect into the power of positive emotion as you do this.
